E-Learning & Certification to ensure the validity of test results (quality assurance) based on standard 17025 edition 2017, examines the requirements related to ensuring the validity of the results. The laboratory should monitor its performance by comparing it with the results of other laboratories (which are available and appropriate). This operation must be planned and reviewed. Data from monitoring activities should be analyzed and, if possible, used to improve laboratory activities and for control. If the results of the data analysis of the monitoring activities are outside the predefined criteria, appropriate measures should be taken to avoid the reporting of incorrect and false results.
