One of the successful programs of the International Labor Organization for the economic development of communities and business creation by potential and actual entrepreneurs is the SYB training program. Entrepreneurship is a new word that cannot be understood through meaning. This word is instead of the word Entrepreneurship, which is derived from the word Entreprendre, which means “commitment”. The main concept and reality is not yet known and it is not possible to provide a comprehensive definition of it. But it can be said that entrepreneurship is a special form of innovation and it comes from the successful implementation of creative ideas to create or a new initiative within a business.
This course includes the work necessary to create ideas. Business and preparation of a business plan is useful as a road map for potential entrepreneurs. These tasks include:+ Determining the appropriate target market for the desired product or service
+ Employing the right manpower
+ Pursuing legal procedures

In this helpline program, RCO Academy helps you to receive a degree equivalent to your skill level by participating in the virtual course or by evaluating your supporting documents.
In this program, you can be evaluated by sending your educational records, skill training courses, a C.V of valid work experience, or participating in RCO online exam.
All Certificate issued through RCO academy website (RCO.AC) can be queried and tracked.
