E-Learning & Certification of risk assessment in the laboratory based on standard 17025 edition 2017. It expresses the fundamental concepts and provides simple and practical techniques and tools for “measuring risks and opportunities in laboratory centers” in the context of the requirements of the 17025 standard, 2017 edition. Risk-based thinking is not a new issue in laboratory centers. If a laboratory knows its risks and is aware of them, it can evaluate/prioritize them. He also knows about its consequences. Planning to address risks and related impacts will be easier. In the early stages of the activities, by detecting mistakes or non-conformities, the laboratory is given an opportunity to react appropriately to them. This may prevent financial penalties or other heavy losses in laboratory centers. It should be noted that minimizing any risk is not the main goal of risk management. Rather, it is basically the optimization of the risks and opportunities determined by the laboratories, by using and applying a suitable strategy. Below are some of the risks of laboratories test they face:   – Failure to meet the customer’s needs – Damage to the reputation of the laboratory – Providing false test results to the customer – Making mistakes or defects in the samples provided by the customer – Failure to meet the accreditation requirements – Using invalid internal test methods instead of validation methods international or standard test or – Failure to assess the capacity of laboratories to handle samples – Failure to create the necessary environmental conditions specified in the measurement method and failure to periodically record environmental conditions – Failure to pay attention to the way of transportation, transfer and storage and use of reference materials that break the chain of traceability – lack of a control and monitoring program on the performance of employees and human error
