Summary of this course:

Cucumber is a one-year plant of which about 30 species have been registered in Asia and Africa. Cucumber root is superficial and wide, and only a few roots can penetrate more than 0.5 meters deep. Many branches around the root cause the root system of this plant to be superficial and at a small depth of the soil, but in light soils they can penetrate up to 80 cm deep. The leaves of the cucumber plant are very wide and large and are alternately attached to the stem by large petioles. Cucumber stem is light green, juicy and has a thin skin. Depending on the variety and population, cracks and thorns may be observed on the stem. Cucumber cultivation is carried out in two ways: direct and grafting, which is better to use the grafting method to facilitate the growth and resistance of the plant. In this method, pitmas and cocopeat are used in specific proportions in the seedling tray. In ideal conditions, germination takes place after 3 to 6 days, and one month later, the seedlings can be transferred to the main land. For the time of cucumber cultivation, it should be done according to the weather conditions of the region.
