Virtual calibration training

CERTIFICATE HELPLINE OVERVIEW

Calibration E-Learning & Certification is an operation that is carried out under certain conditions so that, in the first step, there is a relationship between the quantity values and the measurement uncertainties. These measurement uncertainties are determined by the size standards. Measurements and corresponding indications are provided along with the related measurement uncertainties and in the second step, this information is used to establish a relationship to achieve the measurement result from the indication. Calibration determines the performance characteristics of a device, system, or reference material. This is usually achieved through direct comparison with measurement standards or certified reference materials. The calibration result can be expressed with a statement, calibration function, calibration graph, calibration curve or calibration table. In some cases, the indication correction value is given by adding a value or multiplying by a coefficient, along with the measurement uncertainty. In most cases, the calibration label is attached to the measuring device.

The purpose of calibration:

  • To establish the traceability of the device to reference standards
  • Ensure the correctness of the values read from the measuring device
Calibration is an activity that is used to test the accuracy and extent of Equipment error Whether measurement is done in precision instruments or industrial automation, quality is a category that is compatible with human nature and is accompanied by his material and spiritual needs. It can create difficulties for him. For this reason, from the distant past, trying to achieve quality and solving the difficulties in this way has been a prominent issue in human societies. Obviously, quality control and guarantee is based on measurement. Learning the method of measuring various quantities and, in a broader view, the calibration of devices, is a way to achieve this desire. – Each device has its own technical and measuring features. According to the fact that the achievement of superior quality is evaluated by performing reliable tests and measurements, how is a reliable measurement measured? Can the newness of the equipment or the use of new device technology lead to a reliable measurement? ? The answer is that only correct and periodic calibration gives quality to the output results of the devices. By performing calibration, we seek to find the measuring characteristics of the device in order to make the necessary corrections if necessary. Most of the quality management standards in the technical requirements section mention equipment calibration and require it.
