Brown rice is considered as a cereal because of its bran and its carbohydrate ratio is higher than other types. For this reason, it has received the most attention in the world today, especially for people who care a lot about their health.

What is the method of preparing brown rice?

The method of preparing brown rice is the same as white rice. When the rice grains are still in the form of paddy, instead of transferring them to rice mills, they are heated with hot water so that the minerals and vitamins present on the shell penetrate inside the rice grains. This process, i.e. heating and penetration of minerals into rice grains causes the color of the grains to change to brown. The difference between them and white rice is that the rice husks are not separated at first; Rather, they are separated after they have been heated and the materials have penetrated. That is why the properties of this type of rice are more than others and its consumption is expanding.
