RCO Academy (RCO.ac) operates as a specialized department within Real Company Bio Information Helpline Directory .llc, a duly licensed professional commercial entity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Information Helpline Directory license permits the organization to collect, organize, assess, and provide structured informational services related to professional skills, academic background, and experiential competencies of its members.

The Credential Evaluation Department functions as an informational and comparative assessment unit within this licensed activity.

RCO does not operate as:

  • A university or higher education institution
  • A government-recognized equivalency authority
  • A professional licensing body
  • An accredited educational provider
  • A regulated academic accreditation agency

All services are provided strictly within the scope of informational review, comparative benchmarking, and member support facilitation.


2. Nature of Services

RCO provides independent, commercial, information-based evaluation reports concerning:

  • Academic qualifications
  • Professional certifications
  • Vocational credentials
  • Executive education
  • Documented professional experience

The purpose of these reports is to:

  • Organize and structure member credentials
  • Provide comparative benchmarking insights
  • Facilitate member progression within partner institutions and contractual organizations
  • Support employment, professional mobility, or private-sector advancement objectives

All reports constitute independent professional opinions based on document review and available information at the time of assessment.


3. Independent Commercial Evaluation Status

All reports issued by RCO represent informational analysis and comparative professional opinions.

They do not:

  • Grant academic degrees
  • Establish governmental equivalency
  • Replace official recognition systems
  • Authorize professional practice
  • Confer legal academic standing

RCO’s function is directory-based informational benchmarking within its licensed Information Helpline Directory activity.


4. No Guarantee of Acceptance

RCO does not guarantee that any employer, university, institution, regulatory authority, immigration body, or third party will accept its reports.

Acceptance of RCO reports is solely at the discretion of the receiving organization.

Members acknowledge that evaluation reports are advisory in nature.


5. Member Representations & Responsibilities

By submitting documents, the member represents that:

  • All documents are authentic and lawfully obtained
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • No material facts have been concealed

The member agrees not to:

  • Misrepresent the report as an academic degree
  • Claim governmental recognition
  • Alter or modify issued documents
  • Use the report in a misleading manner

Any misuse may result in immediate revocation of report validity without refund.


6. Proper Use of Reports

RCO reports are intended to:

  • Facilitate structured presentation of credentials
  • Support internal hiring decisions of partner organizations
  • Assist in private-sector professional mobility

They are not intended to replace official governmental equivalency procedures where legally required.


7. Fraud Prevention & Document Integrity

If RCO determines that:

  • Documents are fraudulent
  • Information is materially misleading
  • Credentials are falsified

RCO reserves the right to:

  • Terminate evaluation immediately
  • Refuse issuance of report
  • Retain all paid fees
  • Report fraudulent activity where legally required

8. Fees & Payment Conditions

All services are fee-based and require advance payment.

Fees compensate for:

  • Administrative processing
  • Professional review time
  • Analytical evaluation
  • Documentation preparation

Fees are not contingent upon evaluation outcome.

Separate Refund & Payment Policy applies.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

RCO shall not be liable for:

  • Employment decisions
  • Admission outcomes
  • Visa or immigration results
  • Business losses
  • Third-party reliance decisions

Total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific evaluation.


10. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCO Information Helpline Directory, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of reports
  • Misrepresentation
  • Fraudulent documentation
  • Third-party disputes resulting from member actions

11. Service Modifications

RCO reserves the right to:

  • Modify evaluation methodology
  • Update benchmarking standards
  • Amend service structure
  • Discontinue specific services

Such modifications do not invalidate previously issued reports.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from services provided shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


13. Amendments & Version Control

RCO may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

The latest version shall always be published on the official website.
