E-Learning & Certification of examiner: Examiner refers to a person who has the ability to perform various tests such as: Project oriented, written, practical work sample, based on problem solving, laboratory and field operations. Tester is one of the specialized professions in the field of skill evaluation. He is responsible for performing various practical tests, project-oriented, written-practical, work samples, problem solving (identification), laboratory, field operations, evaluation of practical tests and supervision. And he is in direct contact with technical and vocational education instructors, test planning experts and managers of technical and vocational education centers.

Characteristics of a good tester

The tester must be a purposeful person. He should fully know what he is trying to do and he should be persistent in doing it. and develop a sense of success in the workshop. The meaning is that he should know the feeling of the workshop and strive for the success of the trainees and encourage them in the correct application of what they have learned. 2- The examiner must be familiar with the subject of the exam and training workshop. The examiner should know much more than what was taught in the workshop. To be able to conduct an effective and objective test. The examiner must have sufficient knowledge of educational standards, workshop equipment, and practical test methods. 3- The examiner must be energetic and enthusiastic. The job of an examiner is not suitable for everyone. Taking the test requires a lot of patience, which the examiner must have. Laziness in taking the test from the trainees has an effect on the quality of the test and the grading of the trainees’ performance.

Other characteristics:

4-The examiner must be able to manage the test. Considering that at least 10 examinees are present in each practical test. Therefore, in the form of a manager, the examiner should be able to do the necessary planning for the beginning of the test and supervision and control during the test in order to maintain the effectiveness of the test. 5- The examiner must have technical and specialized ability. 6- The examiner must be able to manage time. 7- The examiner should be able to establish a good psychological atmosphere in the exam environment.
