E-Learning & Certification of social emergency agent: in every society, arrangements are made and programs are developed and implemented to respond to people’s needs and solve or reduce their problems. Our country is no exception to this rule. Goals of social emergency

+ Making the specialized and emergency services of the welfare organization available to members of the society + Improving the capabilities of vulnerable and socially damaged people to deal with social issues in critical situations by providing specialized and timely services + Creating the basis for the participation of people and non-governmental organizations + Improving family and social awareness and understanding of the clients’ needs in order to facilitate the problem-solving process in crisis situations + Identification of traumatic areas and centers and specialized measures in de-crisis + Identification of emerging social harms and the emergence of effective intervention to reduce crimes and prevent the aggravation of crisis and social damage and reduce damage to vulnerable and socially damaged classes

Target groups of social emergency

+ Couples applying for divorce and people with acute family differences + women and girls exposed to social harm or socially harmed + people who intend to commit suicide or have committed suicide. + Street children and work + Abused spouses + abused children + suffering from gender identity disorder + Boys and girls running away from home + Other people of all ages who are in special critical conditions.
