Shotcrete or concrete with mortar that is sprayed on the surface by compressed air is one of the important methods in controlling stability and preventing slipping and falling in tunnels. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying hazards and assessing their risk using occupational safety analysis technique in shotcrete work. The study was descriptive-cross-sectional. Identifying potential risks and assessing the risk level of activities was done using the JSA occupational safety analysis technique. The risk level was obtained according to the three parameters of severity, risk generation and exposure level, and finally, according to the risk assessment code and their prioritization, control measures were presented. Based on the results of the study of shotcrete work, occupational hazards and diseases were identified and corrective and preventive suggestions were made to eliminate or limit these hazards and diseases.
