1. Literacy course: It is a course that is designed and implemented in order for adults to achieve a minimum level of literacy (the duration of the literacy course is at least 400 hours, which is determined by the literacy movement organization according to the environmental conditions and requirements and the needs of the audience) The education can be increased up to 550 hours).
2. Literacy Consolidation Course: It is a course that provides the opportunity for continuity and sustainability of what has been learned and its application for those who have completed the literacy course and do not wish to continue their education. .
3. Transfer period: It is a period that provides the opportunity to continue education for those who have completed the literacy course or those who do not have the conditions to continue studying in the formal education system (the transfer period includes 800 hours of education that 200 hours of it are designed and implemented in a self-taught and non-attending manner).

The competency training standard of the literacy coach (level two) is among the jobs of the educational services group and includes the competencies as follows: supervision and Academic and learning guidance and guidance, application of safety and first aid principles, continuous education, application of educational technology, application of educational rules for adult literacy, teaching Persian books, mathematics and Quran in the literacy course, transferring and consolidating literacy and teaching experimental science books , social sciences and the book of Islamic culture of the transition period are related.
