What is a flow?

In general, we have two types of fluids:

Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids: Unlike non-Newtonian fluids, Newtonian fluids are fluids in which the ratio of shear stress and shear strain rate is linear, and a non-Newtonian fluid is a fluid that Its viscosity changes with the rate of strain applied to it. As a result, such fluids lack specific viscosity. In addition to Newtonian fluids, which include most simple liquids and gases, there are fluids (paste, long polymers, grease) in which the relationship between stress and strain rate is not linear, and the viscosity of the fluid is a function of the fluid itself and the temperature and pressure of the fluid. The force imposed on the fluid has nothing to do with it. An ideal fluid is a non-compressible and non-viscous fluid in which shear stress does not occur under any type of movement.
