Although the mentioned values are relatively good and appropriate, but these figures are probably estimated to be less than the actual contribution of anaerobic digestion. These values show the contribution of the anaerobic system in providing energy to football players in an average level. In some disciplines, the blood lactate level reaches higher than 15 mmol per liter, and in some other disciplines, it may be lower than the values related to football.
