Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy
RCO Academy – Digital Credential Evaluation Services

1. Nature of Our Services
RCO Academy provides customized digital evaluation, verification, and document review services delivered electronically.
All services are:
- Intangible digital services
- Customized upon order
- Delivered electronically
- Based on independent professional analysis
By completing payment, the customer acknowledges that the service is customized and may begin immediately.
2. Right to Cancel Before Processing
Customers may request cancellation and a full refund ONLY if:
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase, AND
- The evaluation process has not yet started.
Once document review, verification, or analysis has begun, the service is considered in progress and becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- After evaluation has commenced
- After a draft or final report has been issued
- If the client disagrees with the evaluation outcome
- If documents submitted are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent
- If third parties (employers, universities, institutions) do not accept the report
- Change of mind after service delivery
All evaluation results are independent professional opinions and do not guarantee employment, admission, equivalency, or recognition.
4. Digital Service Waiver (Required for Stripe & PayPal Protection)
By submitting payment, the customer expressly agrees that:
- The service is a digital, customized evaluation service
- Work may begin immediately after payment confirmation
- The right to withdrawal or cancellation may be limited once processing starts
- Access to digital deliverables constitutes service fulfillment
This acknowledgment forms part of the purchase agreement.
5. Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted where permitted
6. Disputes & Chargebacks (Stripe / PayPal Compliance Clause)
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to:
- Contact RCO Academy directly at [email protected]
- Allow reasonable time (5 business days) for resolution
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Submission of signed agreement, IP logs, timestamps, and service records to the payment provider
- Permanent restriction from future services
RCO Academy reserves the right to contest fraudulent or unjustified disputes with full supporting documentation, including:
- Proof of purchase
- IP address logs
- Order confirmation records
- Service initiation timestamps
- Delivery confirmation
- Communication records
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Reject suspicious transactions
- Request identity verification
- Cancel orders flagged as high-risk by Stripe or PayPal fraud systems
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the applicable commercial laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of RCO Academy services, including the validity, interpretation, or termination thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication within 15 days.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The language of arbitration shall be English.
The arbitration decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent RCO Academy from seeking injunctive or protective relief before competent courts where necessary.
For international customers, arbitration may be conducted electronically where permitted under DIAC rules.
